Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Dentazon. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dentazon website and the products, software, appointment-booking functions, marketplace, AI tools, chatbot, educational services, professional services, networking services, and other features made available through Dentazon ("Platform" or "Services"). By accessing, registering for, purchasing from, booking through, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Platform.1. About Dentazon
Dentazon operates a digital ecosystem relating to dentistry. Depending on availability, the Platform may provide or facilitate:- dentist and clinic discovery;
- appointment booking;
- dental-related information;
- AI-enabled assistance;
- AI-powered or technology-assisted dental tools;
- dental products and marketplace services;
- vendor and supplier services;
- dental laboratory solutions;
- education and professional training;
- student resources;
- events and networking;
- professional opportunities;
- practice-management technology;
- research and collaboration;
- financial-technology related solutions or integrations; and
- other dentistry-related services.
2. Platform Role
Dentazon provides digital infrastructure intended to connect participants within the dental ecosystem. Depending on the relevant Service, these participants may include:- patients;
- registered dentists;
- clinics;
- hospitals;
- laboratories;
- students;
- educators;
- vendors;
- suppliers;
- manufacturers;
- professional organizations; and
- other service providers.
3. No Automatic Dentist-Patient Relationship
Browsing the Dentazon website, communicating with the AI chatbot, reading educational content, or submitting a general enquiry does not by itself establish a dentist-patient relationship. A professional relationship may arise separately between a patient and an appropriately qualified dental professional when the professional accepts the patient for consultation or treatment.4. Dental and Healthcare Disclaimer
Information available through Dentazon is provided for informational, administrative, educational, or support purposes unless expressly provided as part of a professional consultation by an appropriately qualified practitioner. Website content and automated information should not be treated as a substitute for:- professional examination;
- diagnosis;
- radiographic or laboratory assessment;
- individualized medical advice;
- prescription;
- treatment planning; or
- emergency care.
5. AI Chatbot and AI-Generated Information
Dentazon may make available a RAG-based chatbot or other artificial-intelligence features. AI tools may assist users by:- answering general dental questions;
- retrieving information from Dentazon knowledge resources;
- helping users understand available Services;
- collecting preliminary information;
- facilitating appointment requests; or
- providing general educational information.
- may be inaccurate or incomplete;
- may not reflect your complete medical history;
- are not guaranteed to identify every condition;
- should not be treated as a definitive diagnosis;
- are not a prescription;
- do not replace professional clinical judgment; and
- should not be relied upon for emergency treatment decisions.
6. Emergencies
Dentazon is not an emergency service. Do not rely on the website, chatbot, email, contact form, or normal appointment-booking process where immediate medical attention is required. For serious or urgent symptoms, seek appropriate emergency medical or dental assistance.7. Appointment Bookings
Dentazon may allow users to request or schedule appointments with dental professionals or clinics. Appointment availability may depend upon the relevant provider. Submission of an appointment request does not necessarily guarantee acceptance until the booking is confirmed. Users are responsible for:- supplying accurate booking information;
- attending appointments at the confirmed time;
- providing relevant clinical information directly to the professional where appropriate; and
- complying with any clinic-specific instructions.

- late-arrival rules;
- consultation fees;
- no-show policies; and
- treatment policies.
8. Professional Verification
Dentazon may display dentists or other professionals whose credentials have been verified using information available to Dentazon. Verification is intended to reduce platform risk but does not constitute a guarantee regarding:- future performance;
- treatment outcome;
- professional conduct;
- suitability for a specific patient;
- availability; or
- absence of complaints or disciplinary proceedings.
9. User Accounts
Certain Services may require an account. You agree to:- provide accurate information;
- maintain accurate account information;
- protect your password and credentials;
- prevent unauthorized access to your account; and
- notify Dentazon if you reasonably believe your account has been compromised.
10. Marketplace
Dentazon may operate or facilitate a marketplace for dental products, equipment, supplies, digital products, or related goods. Products may be offered by Dentazon or by third-party vendors. Where a third-party vendor is identified as the seller, that vendor is responsible for:- accurate product descriptions;
- product authenticity;
- pricing information;
- availability;
- compliance with applicable product requirements;
- packaging;
- fulfilment;
- warranties that it offers; and
- other seller obligations applicable to the transaction.
11. Regulated and Professional Products
Vendors must not use Dentazon to sell products in violation of Pakistani law or applicable regulatory requirements. Where a dental, medical, pharmaceutical, or other product requires registration, approval, licensing, prescription, or professional controls, the relevant vendor and purchaser are responsible for complying with those requirements. A product's presence on Dentazon should not be interpreted as an independent regulatory approval unless expressly stated and supported by the appropriate authority.12. Prices, Payments and Taxes
Prices displayed on the Platform should be stated in the applicable currency and may be subject to taxes, delivery charges, service charges, or other clearly disclosed fees. Where payments are processed through a bank, payment gateway, wallet, financing provider, or other third party, additional provider terms may apply. Dentazon may cancel or correct a transaction affected by:- manifest pricing errors;
- system errors;
- suspected fraud;
- product unavailability; or
- legal or regulatory restrictions,
13. Shipping, Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
Physical marketplace purchases may be subject to separate shipping, cancellation, return, replacement, and refund conditions communicated during purchase. Eligibility for return may depend on:- product type;
- hygiene and safety considerations;
- whether packaging has been opened;
- damage or defect;
- incorrect delivery;
- applicable warranties; and
- applicable consumer law.
14. Educational Services
Dentazon may provide or facilitate online courses, workshops, seminars, quizzes, training, educational materials, or certificates. Educational content is intended for learning and professional development. Unless expressly stated otherwise, completion of a Dentazon course does not:- grant a dental licence;
- authorize a person to practise dentistry;
- replace a university qualification;
- guarantee employment;
- guarantee PM&DC recognition; or
- confer a professional specialty.
15. Financial and Fintech Services
Dentazon may make available information, integrations, introductions, or technology relating to financial or fintech services. Where banking, lending, payment, insurance, installment, investment, financing, or similar regulated services are provided by a third party, the applicable licensed or authorized provider is responsible for those financial services. Dentazon does not provide a guarantee of financing, credit approval, investment returns, or financial outcomes unless expressly and lawfully stated.16. Vendor and Professional Responsibilities
Vendors, dentists, clinics, educators, and other professional users must ensure that information they publish through the Platform is:- accurate;
- current;
- lawful;
- not misleading;
- not fraudulent;
- appropriately substantiated; and
- compliant with relevant professional and regulatory obligations.

- product effectiveness;
- professional qualifications;
- accreditation;
- regulatory approval; or
- guaranteed results.
17. User-Submitted Content
Where the Platform permits reviews, comments, images, documents, profile information, product listings, course content, or other submissions, you retain responsibility for your content. You must have the necessary rights or authority to submit it. You grant Dentazon a limited licence to host, display, reproduce, process, and technically adapt such content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the applicable Platform Service. You must not submit content that:- violates another person's privacy;
- infringes intellectual property;
- is fraudulent;
- is defamatory or unlawfully threatening;
- is obscene or unlawful;
- contains malware;
- impersonates another person;
- contains unauthorized confidential patient information; or
- otherwise violates applicable law.
18. Patient Confidentiality
Healthcare professionals must not upload, disclose, publish, or use identifiable patient information through Dentazon except where they have an appropriate professional and legal basis to do so. Healthcare professionals remain responsible for maintaining patient confidentiality and obtaining appropriate consent.19. Prohibited Use
You must not:- hack or attempt to compromise the Platform;
- bypass security controls;
- scrape or extract Platform data without authorization;
- upload malicious software;
- interfere with Platform operation;
- access another user's account without permission;
- use false identities;
- submit fraudulent bookings or purchases;
- use the Platform for unlawful activity;
- misuse patient data;
- harass professionals or users;
- manipulate ratings or reviews;
- introduce counterfeit or unlawful products;
- misuse AI tools to generate harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive material; or
- use Platform content in violation of applicable intellectual-property rights.
20. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the Dentazon brand, website design, software, graphics, databases, content, logos, platform structure, original educational material, and other proprietary material are owned by Dentazon or used under appropriate licence. You may use Platform materials for personal and authorized purposes only. You may not reproduce, resell, republish, commercially exploit, reverse engineer, or distribute protected material without permission except where permitted by law. Third-party trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.21. Third-Party Services
Dentazon may integrate with external:- clinics;
- payment providers;
- delivery companies;
- communication providers;
- educational platforms;
- videoconferencing tools;
- financial institutions;
- cloud services;
- social networks; and
- other technology providers.
22. Privacy
Use of personal information through Dentazon is addressed in our Privacy Policy and Data Protection Policy. By providing information, you acknowledge that it may be processed as described in those policies.23. Availability and Platform Changes
We aim to maintain reliable Services but cannot guarantee that the Platform will always operate without interruption, delay, technical failure, cyber incident, maintenance, or third-party outage. We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or replace features where reasonably necessary.24. Suspension and Termination
Dentazon may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:- violation of these Terms;
- fraud;
- misuse;
- patient-safety concerns;
- cybersecurity risks;
- invalid professional credentials;
- unlawful activity;
- payment abuse;
- serious marketplace misconduct; or
- legal or regulatory requirements.
25. Disclaimer of Guarantees
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dentazon does not guarantee:- a particular treatment outcome;
- that every dentist is appropriate for every patient;
- that AI-generated information will always be accurate;
- uninterrupted Platform availability;
- that every marketplace product will remain available;
- guaranteed educational, employment, financial, or clinical outcomes; or
- performance of an independent third-party provider.
26. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dentazon will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or purely economic losses resulting from Platform use where such liability may lawfully be limited. Dentazon does not seek to exclude liability where exclusion is prohibited by law, including liability that cannot lawfully be excluded for fraud, wilful misconduct, or other mandatory legal obligations. The professional acts and omissions of an independent dentist, clinic, vendor, financial provider, or other third party remain attributable to that party to the extent provided by applicable law.27. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, professional, commercial, and vendor users agree to be responsible for losses, claims, regulatory consequences, or expenses reasonably arising from their:- unlawful use of the Platform;
- infringement of third-party rights;
- fraudulent conduct;
- unauthorized disclosure of patient information;
- unlawful product listing;
- material misrepresentation; or
- material breach of these Terms.
28. Electronic Communications
You agree that Platform notices, booking confirmations, transaction messages, agreements, and other communications may be provided electronically where permitted by applicable law. Pakistan's Electronic Transactions Ordinance, 2002 recognizes and facilitates electronic documents, records, communications, and transactions.29. Changes to These Terms
Dentazon may update these Terms to reflect changes in:- Platform features;
- business practices;
- applicable requirements;
- security needs; or
- technology.
30. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Mandatory consumer, healthcare, professional, and other statutory rights remain unaffected.31. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
Users should first contact Dentazon so that concerns can be reviewed and, where appropriate, resolved informally. Where a dispute cannot be resolved, it may be submitted to the competent court, tribunal, consumer forum, regulatory authority, or other body having jurisdiction under Pakistani law. Nothing in these Terms prevents a patient from exercising rights available before PM&DC or another competent authority concerning professional dental conduct.32. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.33. No Waiver
Failure by Dentazon to immediately enforce a provision does not constitute a permanent waiver of that provision.34. Contact
